Private mortgage funds come from groups of investors who are looking to diversify their investments and earn interest on the funds that they lend out. These loans are arranged through large investment institutions with millions of dollars on hand right through to smaller investment managers with a limited portfolio of investors.

We are able to arrange private mortgages no matter where you are located in Australia.

Our private mortgages can be first or second mortgages, utilising either residential or commercial property as security. The funds can be for personal or business purposes. Interest is charged yearly, not monthly and the rates are cheaper than you would think. These are NOT short term or caveat loans with funds acquired from questionable sources and we will not endanger our clients with some of the pitfalls of that type of lending.
